All to ensure the best care for you & baby. But one important member is often missing from that team: a dietitian!

As an experienced dietitian and a mama myself, I know firsthand the frustration about the lack of nutrition guidance while trying to conceive & throughout pregnancy. I’m willing to bet that your doctor didn’t provide much nutrition advice beyond taking a prenatal & staying hydrated – in fact, they’re often clueless when you mention supplements or specific foods (mine certainly was!).
